Zorival ("the Platform", zorival.com) understands the importance of your personal information. We take appropriate security measures to protect it in accordance with applicable law.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your real name or ID number. Contact details such as a phone number or WeChat ID are stored only if you choose to fill them in on your Dashboard; leaving them blank does not limit anything.
2. How We Use Information
Collected information is used only to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform's services.
- Process recharges and credit consumption.
- Send you service-related notifications.
- Prevent fraud and abuse.
- Comply with legal requirements.
We commit that your personal information will not be used to train AI models.
3. Storage & Protection
- Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encrypted transmission (HTTPS).
- Account information is stored encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
- Desktop app: the novels you import, the scripts you generate and the images and videos you produce are saved on your own computer. We do not keep a copy. Text is sent to our servers only at the moment you run a generation, and is forwarded to the AI provider without being stored.
- Web app: so that you can pick up where you left off on any device, your projects — including the source text you imported — are kept on our servers until you delete them. Generated images and videos are kept in your asset library the same way.
- Deleting: deleting a project in the web app removes its stored text. You may also ask us to delete your account, and everything with it, at any time.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, except:
- Payment processors: necessary order information is shared to complete transactions.
- AI providers: to generate content, your prompts are sent to third-party AI APIs without your personal identity information. The Platform is currently powered by services from Alibaba Cloud, Google, xAI, MiniMax and Fal.ai. Which provider handles a given request depends on the feature you use. This list may be updated as we improve the product, and this page always reflects the current providers.
- Content safety: prompts for image and video generation are screened through the Creem Content Moderation API before generation; requests that violate content policies are rejected.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information where required by law.
5. When We Look at Your Content
Your novels, prompts and generated works are yours. We open them in only two situations:
- you ask us for help with a specific piece of work, or
- a specific request failed and we need to see what happened in order to fix it.
We do not browse your work to see what people are making, and we do not use it for AI training or show it to anyone else. If we ever want to feature your work publicly, we will ask you first, in writing, and you can say no or change your mind later.
6. Your Rights
- Access: you can view your information and credit records anytime by signing in.
- Deletion: you may contact us to request account deletion, processed within 15 business days.
- Export: you may request an export of your account data.
7. Minors
The Platform does not offer services to minors under the age of 14.

我们不会收集您的真实姓名、身份证号等敏感个人信息。手机号、微信号等联系方式只有在您于「用户中心」自愿填写时才会保存，不填写不影响任何功能。
二、信息的使用
我们收集的信息仅用于以下目的：
- 提供、维护和改善本平台的服务。
- 处理充值与积分消耗。
- 向您发送服务相关的通知。
- 防止欺诈和滥用行为。
- 遵守法律法规的要求。
我们承诺：不会将您的个人信息用于 AI 模型训练。
三、信息的存储与保护
- 您的数据存储在安全的云服务器上，采用加密传输（HTTPS）。
- 账户信息通过加密方式存储，防止未授权访问。
- 桌面版：您导入的小说、生成的视觉稿、图片与视频，都保存在您自己的电脑上，我们不留副本。只有在您点击生成的那一刻，相关文字才会经我们的服务器转发给 AI 服务商，转发过程中不作存储。
- 网页版：为了让您换设备、换浏览器都能接着做，您的项目（包含您导入的原文）保存在我们的服务器上，直到您删除为止。生成的图片与视频同样保存在您的资产库中。
- 如何删除：在网页版删除项目即会删除其中保存的原文；您也可以随时联系我们注销账户，届时相关数据一并删除。
四、信息的共享与披露
我们不会向第三方出售、出租或交易您的个人信息。以下情况除外：
- 支付服务商：为完成充值交易，我们会将必要的订单信息传递给支付服务商。
- AI 服务提供商：为生成内容，您的提示词会发送至第三方 AI 接口，但不会包含您的个人身份信息。本平台目前由 阿里云、Google、xAI、MiniMax、Fal.ai 的服务驱动。具体由哪家处理，取决于您使用的功能。该名单可能随产品迭代更新，本页面始终反映当前实际使用的服务商。
- 内容安全：图像与视频生成的提示词在生成前会经 Creem 内容审核接口进行安全筛查，违反内容政策的请求将被拒绝。
- 法律要求：在法律法规要求时，我们可能会披露您的信息。
五、我们什么时候会查看您的内容
您导入的小说、写下的提示词、生成的作品，都属于您。我们只在两种情况下打开它们：
- 您就某一份具体的作品向我们求助；
- 某一次请求失败了，我们需要看它到底发生了什么才能修复。
我们不会为了"看看大家在做什么"而浏览您的作品，不会用于 AI 模型训练，也不会展示给任何其他人。若我们希望公开展示您的作品，会事先单独征求您的同意；您可以拒绝，也可以在同意之后随时撤回。
六、您的权利
- 查询与访问：您可以随时登录账户查看您的信息和积分记录。
- 删除账户：您可以联系我们申请删除账户，我们将在 15 个工作日内处理。
- 数据导出：您可以申请导出您的账户数据。
七、未成年人保护
本平台不面向 14 周岁以下的未成年人提供服务。
