1. Services

The Platform provides:

• AI image generation (including novel illustrations)
• AI video generation
• An AI creative assistant (conversational)
• Novel parsing and storyboard/script generation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

2. Accounts

• Users register via email or a third-party account; new users are created automatically.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Each email may register only one account; accounts may not be transferred or lent.
• You are responsible for losses arising from your own failure to safeguard account credentials.

3. Credits & Payment

• The Platform uses a credit system; pricing is shown on the recharge page.
• Credits may be purchased through supported payment methods.
• Refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy: unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase; duplicate charges or service failures are refunded or re-credited.
• Credits may only be used on the Platform and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Platform to generate content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, infringing, or that impersonates real individuals, nor may you reverse-engineer, attack, or abuse the service through automated means. See our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund of remaining credits.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Platform's interface, code, and trademarks are owned by the Platform.
• You retain reasonable usage rights to AI content you generate.
• Intellectual property in content you upload remains with its rightful owner.

6. Disclaimer

• AI-generated content does not represent the Platform's views; we are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of AI outputs.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service failures.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before a competent court at the operator's location.

一、服务内容

本平台提供以下服务：

• AI 图像生成（包括小说插画等）
• AI 视频生成
• AI 创作助手（对话式辅助创作）

本平台保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利。

二、账户注册与管理

• 用户通过邮箱或第三方账号注册，新用户自动创建账户。
• 您应确保注册信息真实、准确，并妥善保管账户信息。
• 每个邮箱仅可注册一个账户，不得转让或出借。
• 因您自身原因导致账户信息泄露所造成的损失由您自行承担。

三、积分与充值

• 本平台采用积分制计费，1 积分 = ¥0.07（人民币），具体以充值页面显示为准。
• 用户可通过微信支付、支付宝或其他支持的方式进行充值。
• 积分充值的退款条件与流程详见《退款政策》（/refund）：充值后 7 天内未使用的积分可申请退还，重复扣款或服务故障将予以退款或补还积分。
• 积分仅限在本平台内使用，不可转让、提现或兑换现金。
• 本平台保留调整积分价格和消耗规则的权利，调整前会在平台公告。

四、用户行为规范

您在使用本平台时，不得：

• 利用本平台生成违反法律法规、色情暴力、侵犯他人权益的内容。
• 对本平台进行反向工程、破解、攻击或其他干扰正常运营的行为。
• 使用自动化工具批量调用平台服务。
• 以任何方式转售或商业分发通过本平台生成的内容（个人使用不受限制）。

详见《使用规范》（/acceptable-use）。违反上述规范的，本平台有权立即终止您的账户并不予退还剩余积分。

五、知识产权

• 本平台的界面设计、代码、商标等知识产权归平台所有。
• 用户通过本平台生成的 AI 内容，用户享有合理使用权。
• 用户上传的内容的知识产权归原权利人所有。

六、免责声明

• AI 生成的内容不代表本平台立场，本平台不对 AI 输出内容的准确性、合法性承担责任。
• 因不可抗力、第三方服务故障等原因导致服务中断，本平台不承担赔偿责任。

七、适用法律与争议解决

本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议引起的争议，双方应协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向平台运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
