Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions and process for refunds of credit purchases on Zorival AI (zorival.com, "the Platform"). We recognize the nature of digital goods and are committed to a fair, transparent refund process.

1. Eligible for Refund

  • Unused credits: within 7 days of purchase, if the credits from that purchase remain unused (or only minimally used), you may request a refund of the unused portion.
  • Duplicate charges: if a system error causes duplicate charges for the same order, the duplicate amount is fully refunded.
  • Service failure: if a generation task fails for technical reasons on our side, produces no usable result, and credits are not automatically returned, we will re-credit or refund accordingly.

2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Credits already consumed (used for image, video, or other generation).
  • Remaining credits when an account is terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Purchases older than 7 days where credits have been used.

3. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request to support@zorival.com, including your registered email, order details, and reason.
  • We review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment channel (typically 3–10 business days).

退款政策

本退款政策说明 Zorival AI(zorival.com,以下简称"本平台")就积分充值提供的退款条件与流程。我们理解数字商品的特殊性,同时致力于为用户提供公平、透明的退款保障。

一、可退款情形

  • 未使用的积分:充值后 7 天内,若您对本次充值的积分尚未消耗(或仅有极少量消耗),可申请退还未使用部分。
  • 重复扣款:因系统故障导致同一订单重复扣款的,重复部分全额退还。
  • 服务故障:因本平台技术原因导致生成任务失败且未产出可用结果、又未自动返还积分的,我们将补还相应积分或退款。

二、不予退款情形

  • 已消耗(已用于生成图像、视频或其他服务)的积分。
  • 因违反《用户协议》或《使用规范》被终止账户的,剩余积分不予退还。
  • 充值超过 7 天且积分已产生实际使用的部分。

三、退款流程

  • 请通过邮箱 support@zorival.com 提交退款申请,注明您的注册邮箱、订单信息与退款原因。
  • 我们将在收到申请后 3–5 个工作日内审核并回复。
  • 审核通过后,退款将原路退回至您的支付账户;到账时间以支付渠道为准(通常 3–10 个工作日)。
